As millennials become increasingly influential and affluent, they are coming more and more under the scrutiny of financial services companies who are keen to capture this group and understand what makes them tick.

But having grown up against the contrasting backdrops of the smartphone revolution and the myriad of opportunities that has brought and the financial crisis, which still leaves its legacy today in the form insecure jobs and low wages, many of the challenges they face are unique.

What can those in financial services (and beyond) do to reach this group and build lasting relationships?
